By accessing or using our Pixelmon server, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Donation Policy

In donating to the server, you acknowledge that you are not donating for a product, but rather, you are supporting DatCraft. As a thank you for your support, we offer items and ranks in the server. However, if you violate any of these terms for any reason, your IP address will be banned, which means you will no longer have access to DatCraft. We do not accept chargebacks, and any chargebacks made will be contested to the fullest extent possible. Before making a donation, please ensure that you are above the age of 18 or have obtained parental consent.

Rank and Permission Changes

You agree that server permissions may be removed from any or all groups at any time, and that perk changes may be made to any rank due to the current EULA.

Limitation of Liability

DatCraft is not liable for any actions occurring in or out of the server, and cannot be taken to court as a result of any action. By entering the server, you agree to all of these Terms of Service and assume liability for any and all actions occurring in or out of the server.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the server after we have made changes to these terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
